This was a multifaceted project that included a laundry room laundry room, front porch renovation and a screened in porch addition.
We relocated laundry room to accommodate additional cabinetry and new washer and dryer. We replaced the flooring with a luxury vinyl tile to mitigate any possible water damage.
This homeowner modernized the front façade of their home by us replacing the siding and trim and adding new porch, columns and ceiling fans for Summer comfort. The front door was also replaced to make the entryway light and bright. Further, we redid the staircase and added a front hall closet to give it a more modern appeal.
This homeowner also wanted a new screened in three seasons room with a gas fireplace. We added screening under the composite decking to keep the area bug free.
