Our primary focus is the construction of custom room additions and complete remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms and virtually any other area of your home. We also fulfill the role of general contractor, using a combination of our in-house employees and extensive base of reliable sub-contractors to provide you quality services such as plumbing, electrical, heating, painting, etc. With a 45+ year history of excellent customer relationships, we continue serving you long past the completion of the project.

David Saunders
Founder & CEO
David takes pride in having built a company that is mostly referral. It first worked well in Ohio, so in 2008 he opened a branch in Florida and has worked for many Ohio clients there as well. Clients as well as building inspectors know and respect the name because of the standards that have been set and maintained
Dave Davis
Lead Carpenter / Project Supervisor
They do not get any better than this. Although we call him a lead carpenter, he is really a journeyman craftsman. There is nothing he cannot do and do well. Over the years he has honed his skills to work efficiently and thoroughly to complete even the most complex project. Dave is our go to man for supervising larger projects that involve our subs to be sure our standards are maintained.
Jeff Myers
Lead Carpenter
Mr. Myers is a very talented person. He excels in painting and color matching stains on our projects. Jeff has supervised and worked on larger projects from start to finish with high customer satisfaction. Jeff has been with the company since 2010 and is a welcome addition. Jeff enjoys his children and grandchildren as well as fishing when time allows.
Francis Doroba
Lead Carpenter
Francis joined our Southwest Florida location in 2023 and has been busy on a number of projects. He originally hails from the Midwest and is enjoying the sunshine with his family. Francis is among a small group of men with a long list of attributes the most important of which is integrity. Francis is a welcome and hard-working member of the company.
Julia Mckeighen
Administrative Assistant
Julia hails from Old Brooklyn and brings a wealth of experience and ability to our office staff. She enjoys crafting, Cleveland baseball (Go Guardians!), and often adventures in new hobbies. She’s a wearer of many hats and takes pride in her planning and problem solving abilities. Her bucket list includes celebrities, real estate, and travel. – all of course after finding a large enough bucket.
Ann Bowen
Bookkeeper
Ann is an excellent and trusted bookkeeper. When you work with numbers, as she does, you must be good. The responsibilities of a bookkeeper are more important than most realize, and she is one of the best. Ann helps to keep things on track from the first deposit to the final payment. Ann has regular dinner dates with friends and old working associates.
Massimo DiPaola
Massimo joins us in expanding our Florida presence and has already been making strides. His work ethic, passion, and drive all add up to wonderful working relationship with a nice young man.
